Solid experience overall, Iris was an amazing representative. Very knowledgeable on all the vehicle trim levels and super helpful at every step of the way. Never at any point did she put any pressure on buying any option on the Jeep or the like. Kept me informed through the purchase/delivery. Awesome representative to say the least. The financial guy (forgot his name) was okay. Noticed when he should back off when given a firm no. I understand that he has to at least offer any products/warranties but he understood that I was not interested and didn’t push the issue. Ernie, the insurance rep was the complete opposite. I hope this review gets taken seriously. He did not back down when given a firm no multiple times. Which, sure he’s supposed to, but he made it a very uncomfortable experience. I realized I did not want his insurance plan and instead wanted my current provider as they were the much better option long term despite the “instant” savings he was claiming which I was sure to lose after six months. He tried to put a divide between me and my mother, who was supervising my purchase of the vehicle. A very “scummy” tactic to say the least. The cherry on top was him insulting, twice even, me before abruptly hanging up on the phone the following Monday after purchase. Not appreciated in the slightest. He even tried to use a tactic implying stereotypes on my young age. While it’s true that I’m young at 25, I’m also old enough, fiscally responsible enough, and responsible in general enough to spend north of $50,000 on a vehicle. And I feel that anyone spending that amount of money, regardless of age or any subject of prejudice, shouldn’t be subject to any of his tactics as it leaves a bad taste. Like I said, I hope these reviews are read and taken seriously. To a friend buying, I would recommend saying “No” and skipping right over him.
Great customer service, very friendly and personable. More like making a friend and getting a new vehicle rather than feeling like you’re being pushed to buy something you don’t want. You leave happy knowing you can always call if you need anything or come back knowing you’ll be greatly taken care of again. I would refer anyone looking for a Jeep to go to them!
