Everyone is courteous and polite and attentive to your needs. They do a multi inspection of your vehicle and also send you a link showing the inspection. They also keep you updated on what’s going on with your vehicle. I love PineBelt.
Today I had the opportunity to service my new Jeep Wrangler for the first time at Pine Belt Chrysler Jeep. Although it was a basic Oil Change and tire rotation, I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience and I look forward to continue to service my Jeep at Pine Belt.

I was in a bind with a part I broke during some work on my Jeep and they had it in stock and at a cheaper price than if I would have gotten it from one of those auto parts stores which didn't even have it in stock.
I had an oil change and tire rotation completed and the service tech was extremely friendly.

As a Technician from another brand it’s nice to see the professionalism in other dealers, everyone was very nice and accommodating, the MPI video was spot on! Adam came out and explained everything and gave me some insight on some future maintenance! I will definitely be back.

Best Jeep Wrangler Service Department in New Jersey. First, unlike other Jeep dealerships, they listen to you when you say "something seems off with my Jeep".They investigated an issue I was having where my 2018 Jeep Wrangler as it felt like something was "holding it back or dragging" when driving. I thought it was my transmission and instead found my front brake calipers had failed causing burning on my rotors and caused the issue. Then I dealt with service advisor Lynn who was a total pleasure to deal with during the repair. she keep me update-to-date with the approvals on my repair since I have a Lifetime MOPAR Warranty. They also gave me a loaner for two weeks. (Chris is loaner dept. was also great)
I'm so happy the Jeep dealership in Toms River has such a horrible service department they sent me to Pine Belt, where I was treated like a valuable customer with respect and class. Some other Jeep dealerships could take a lesson. My Jeep is running great now, and with 275K, that puts a smile on my face. thanks Pine Belt!
Fantastic service. I drove in due to a check engine light and noise. They took me in right away and were able to fix the problem the same day. It was such a relief to have a service department work so quickly. Even if they couldn’t fix it that day due to having to order parts, they still were able to diagnose the problem.

Will never step foot in Pine Belt again as they do not stand by their product when it comes to servicing and their employees are trained to leave you without a solution with your recalled vehicle sitting in the street for months away from your house and other vehicles while a potential fire hazard and unusable.
Great experience from start to finish! Would definitely recommend... they make the process very smooth, no bumps in the road..they treat you like family here at this dealership.

Horrific. Received my 5th recall in 2 years on my 2024 Jeep 4xe. On my latest received on July 31 the recall said to park the car away from homes and other cars bc of fire risk. The dealership said it has no service availabilities until the END OF OCTOBER! AND NO LOANERS. Staff clearly trained NOT to care and to just process disgusted customers w no solutions on a luxury priced car. On my last recall the dealership actually said they’re not technically my dealership bc it’s a leased vehicle. Managers never call back. Stay away from Pine Belt.

I ordered my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon XR back in Jan 2022. The dealership sent me emails stating it was being built, being inspected and transported all in Jan and Feb. By May I was like, where the heck is it? I had to get Stellantis involved to get any type of accurate answer on when it would be delivered.
It was delivered in July. Fender had a gash in it and leather center console was torn and the starter was bad. Pine Belt had all issues resolved but what a hassle.
With my dealings of Pine Belt I have noticed that the turnover rate for their sales people and their service reps is quite high. My rear window had to be replaced twice due to the rear defroster kept failing. The installed headliner had to be glued in permanently due to it kept falling off multiple times.
Fast forward to this year and and the steering damper had to be replaced which they covered and then a couple months later the steering got loose again and I got the dreaded death wobble. It is 4 years old and has 38k miles on it.
I take it in at 7:45am on July 22 and tell them it has death wobble. No calls all day. I actually called around 11am and asked to speak to service manager Joe Deangelo but was put to voicemail and left a message. NO CALL BACK. About 4:30pm I call, asked to speak with my service rep who is not available and then ask to speak to the service manager who is also unavailable, then I ask for ANY manager and they wound up transferring me to manager Joe Pagano and I ask about the Jeep. He asked when I brought it in and I told him that morning at 7:45am. He says "I'd be surprised if they even got to it yet". I said good thing I didn't sit and wait for it. Anyways, he said he would check on it and call me back. At this point I did receive a text and it stated it needed approval to get the work done. I DO NOT do business over text messaging, especially this kind of stuff. Now it's 5:40pm and I call back since manager Joe Pagano did not call me back. At that time the rep that answered the phone said all the service reps and managers have gone home for the day. I asked why no one has reached out and they had no answer. I told them I was coming to get my Jeep and didn't want them to touch it. This rep's name was Debbie and she was the only helpful person all day. I wish I got her last name or what department.
When I went to get the keys for the Jeep from the cashier, my service rep was walking by. I stopped her and asked why she never contacted me. She stated she was busy. xxx? So I am supposed to leave my Jeep there for days? Maybe they need to hire more service reps.
This dealership is complete garbage as is all their reps and managers, especially Joe Pagano, Joe Deangelo and service rep Lynne Simmo. No professionalism and no customer courtesy.
There were only two people at that dealership that were a pleasure to deal with, Debbie and Lucas Camacho.
After I get home, I had an email with suggested repairs and it was the track bar and alignment which was priced at $1k. xxx!!! All the issues and times I have spent at that dealership because of all the problems with this thing and they can't even compensate me with ANYTHING, not even a free oil change.
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT USE.
