I traded a car to get another one and they kept it. Then they told me they wouldn't give me the new car because I'm not a citizen and now I don't have my old car either because they invoiced it and on top of that they're asking me to pay money without having either the new car or the old one. Sad

I leased a vehicle from this dealership in 2021. When lease expired, I went back to dealership to buy the Vehicle. I spent three hours in this dealership just buying out the lease. Most of time spent waiting. I was notified by Chrysler Capital two weeks later that the dealership never sent the payoff to them. I spent two days calling salespeople and managers, none of which came through on anything they promised or returned my calls. I worked with Vincent Trainor who was very responsive to any questions I had. I travelled 3.5 hours to see the car and it was in excellent condition as advertised. Vince was most helpful in advance of our visit. Be sure you understand all the fees before purchasing as what is seen on the web may not reflect the actual selling price. That being said, I found the whole process very smooth and stress fee. As a bonus the showroom is spotless clean!
