My jeep grand cherokee was towed in on Black Friday. The vehicle wound up having a broken starter. I had the vehicle back by Tues afternoon. This repair was covered under the extended warranty I purchased thru Pine Belt when I purchased this pre-owned vehicle. All the coverage processing was covered expeditiously. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.

My service advisor Adam is always so helpful and informative when it comes to bringing my car in for service. I continue to bring my car to the dealership for my maintenance and repairs, instead of going to a local mechanic. The reason being is that I trust my advisor and the mechanics at Pinebelt. I know my car is in good hands and I am not being ripped off in the process. I have also purchased 5 vehicles from Pinebelt.
